With a trusted group of physicians, nurses, and medical and nursing students, our EMBARK AWARENESS education and screening events are making a real impact in communities by providing free kidney health screenings, and  educational resources. Through the dedication of our volunteers and partners, we empower individuals to take control of their health and prevent kidney disease before it progresses.
